Honestly, I think this year marks the time of change in terms of travel. I will be posting my flicks of Italy on here, but don't expect many. I stayed for about 10/11 days and only have 104 photos to show for it (Most of the photos are flicks from photographing the Kerning Conference). Apart from being bored out of my mind most of the time, I just didn't have the energy to 'do' anything. Of course, this would be completely different if I travelled with someone else. Plus, as beautiful as Faenza is, I've grown weary of its small town-ness. When I went the first time, I'd only lived in London for a year, and so it was incredible having nothing to do for a holiday. But I'm afraid that now, I've been slightly tainted by the hustle and bustle of this city; London, that I'm [almost] learning to call home. The idea of calling Faenza my go-to holiday spot has now faded and I'm looking at other places. So since we're half-way through the year, and my travel-lust hasn't been quite quenched yet, I'm looking forward to where else in the world I end up. From now on though, I'm going to experiment travelling with friends. It's always dangerous doing that, I find. Mostly because it really makes or breaks your relationships!
